ELLOS DEBERAN DE TENER UN CONSUMO MINIMO DE $50.00 US, SI NO CONSUMEN EL MINIMO, DEBERAN PAGAR EL FALTANTE AL TERMINAR SU REUNION. ADEMAS DE UN PAGO ADICIONAL A $30.00 US POR CONCEPTO DE MONTAJE Y LIMPIEZA DEL SALON

SUBJECT MATTER:  USBC holding our monthly General Meetings at the RBH.

• ROOM:  Casa Blanca Room.
• Meeting Dates:  General Meetings held on the First Saturday of the month.  First meeting in August.
•     2021: AUGUST 7, SEPTEMBER 4, OCTOBER 2, NOVEMBER 6, DECEMBER 4.
•     2022: JANUARY 8, FEBRUARY 5, MARCH 5, APRIL 2, MAY 7, JUNE 6, JULY 9, AUGUST 6, ………

• RBH will have the room available by 9:00am for setup by USBC.  Usage to NOON.
• USBC will use their own sound system and projector and screens.  RBH will not supply equipment.
• USBC will pay the RBH a $30.00US fee for hotel staff to clean room and set up tables & chairs.  Payment to be made after the meeting.
• RBH will supply a limited breakfast menu for our members who want to order breakfast items.  There is a minimum $50.00US in breakfast orders       that need to be made or USBC will have to make up the difference.  Prices will be the same as their regular menu.
• RBH will provide two (2) servers with the $50.00US minimum package.
• RBH servers will be responsible to collect their money from the members who are having breakfast or just coffee or juice that day.  USBC will not serve as the middleman between members and the hotel.
• PARKING: RBH will provide USBC the FREE Parking stamp at the meeting.
• WHEELCHAIRS:  RBH will have available one wheelchair for any member to use.

Dates may be subject to change based on the activities at the hotel on those days.  Proper notice will be made to both parties.
